“The week after Iris Europe Camp, our team traveled to Ternopil, Ukraine for an extended outreach. God gave us favor at the border, and we arrived safely on Monday evening.”

Throughout the week we partnered with Awakened Generation, led by Dennis and Anya Melnichuk. From the very beginning, it was clear that God is moving powerfully in Ukraine.

Each morning began with prayer and worship, preparing our hearts for ministry. In the afternoons we visited wounded Ukrainian soldiers in the hospital. We sang, prayed, shared the Gospel, and listened to their stories. Several responded by inviting Jesus to fill their hearts with peace, love, and forgiveness. Many told us how deeply touched they were simply by our presence and by the love of God we shared. We also had the opportunity to minister to some hired soldiers from South America, who were getting ready to go to the front lines.

Over the weekend, we joined Jesus Camp, a gathering designed to equip believers to boldly proclaim the gospel. Our team served on the worship team and in prayer ministry. We witnessed something extraordinary: many Ukrainians shared the gospel publicly for the very first time! Dozens gave testimonies of committing their lives to Jesus Christ.

We left Ternopil filled with gratitude. God is healing hearts, raising up bold witnesses, and drawing people to Himself in Ukraine. Please continue to pray for the soldiers we met, for the new believers, and for the ongoing ministry of the Awakened Generation.”

“The outreach in Ternopil was so transformational for me. It was such a delight to witness so many lives come to Christ. That moment is just something so special, it is so obvious why Heaven rejoices alongside us. Ministering alongside the sweet teams there was such an honor. We got to witness such wonderful leadership that impacted how we served. We got to share Jesus’ heart of love to His children and it was wonderful. Meeting and walking alongside the soldiers, youth at the conference, and the people of Ukraine was just so precious in a time where the Lord is working so diligently to hold the hearts of those in Ukraine.”
