Our Vision and Mission
We believe that God brought us to Krakow because Europe needs revival and Poland, because of its central position, is an important piece of it. We feel that God is calling his people here to bring the fire, prepare the platform, set the stage for His move to bring light of the gospel to the nations.
We don’t produce revival – we prepare the way. We believe God’s visitation is sovereign, but in all that, He gathers his saints with hungry hearts to pray, witness and create space where He can move freely.
We want to model missional lifestyle in the community God called us to and encourage others to live a laid down life for the gospel.
We believe all fruitfulness flows from intimacy, therefore we put a special emphasis on seeking the presence of Jesus, knowing Him, worshipping Him with love and living in radical obedience to His word.
The gospel is holistic. It brings spiritual hope and at the same time expresses love of God in a practical way. This is why we reach out to the poor and needy with practical help. We work with the homeless, refugees, and people in need of both material and spiritual support.

Our Projects
Internship at Iris Krakow
“Learn, serve, and grow in a missions-focused community.”
Our internship program gives believers the opportunity to live and serve at Iris Krakow, experiencing hands-on ministry, discipleship, and cross-cultural missions. Interns are equipped to grow in intimacy with Jesus, develop leadership skills, and actively participate in transforming lives through practical and spiritual service in Krakow and beyond.
Iris Europe Camp
“A gathering of nations hungry for God’s presence.”
Every summer we host Iris Europe Camp, where passionate believers from across the world come together to worship, learn, and encounter Jesus. It’s a time of family, revival, equipping and commissioning for missions.
House of Prayer
“A place of continual worship, prayer, and intimacy with God.”
Our heart is to open a House of Prayer as a place of continuous prayer and worship. We want to create space for God to move in a greater way and people would encounter Jesus, grow in intimacy with Him, and intercede for revival in Krakow and across Europe.
Street Church
“A table on the streets where everyone is welcome.”
Twice a week we go out to the city centre and join an initiative called “Street Church”. We gather with the homeless and marginalized on the streets of Krakow to share food, worship, prayer, and the good news of Jesus. It’s a place of community, fellowship, and hope.
Lazarus Home
“From the streets to a place of healing and new life.”
We serve at a christian homeless shelter in Krakow. Every week we lead a discipleship group for men coming out of homelessness and addiction, where they receive care, spiritual support, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives in Christ.
Street Evangelism
“Taking the gospel outside the walls of the church.”
We take the gospel to the streets of Krakow, sharing the love of Jesus with those who may never step into a church. Through conversations, prayer, and testimony, we bring light and hope into the hearts of people of different nations, backgrounds and ages.
Community Cafe
“A welcoming space to connect, grow, and encounter Jesus.”
We are praying for a Community Cafe as a place where people can fellowship, feel loved and embraced, hear the gospel, and be trained and equipped to live a life for God. It’s a warm, inviting environment where relationships are built, hearts are encouraged, and the Kingdom of God is made tangible in everyday life.
Ukraine Humanitarian Project
“Practical help and hope in the midst of war.”
Since the war began, we have been involved in delivering food, medicine, and practical aid to families in Ukraine, bringing relief and hope in the midst of the crisis.
Ukrainian Refugees Community
“A family away from home.”
As approximately 10% of Krakow’s population are Ukrainian refugees, we take part in projects that bring practical help to them by providing meals, fellowship, accommodation and support as they find safety and belonging far from home.

Short-term Mission Trips
“Come and serve alongside us in Krakow.”
We organize and welcome teams from around the world to join us in Krakow, creating opportunities for believers to be activated in missions. Serving alongside the local body of Christ, participants gain hands-on experience, encounter God in new ways, and grow in understanding of His family while making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
Fasting & Prayer Gatherings
“Setting aside time to press deeper into God.”
Several times a year we dedicate focused seasons to fasting and prayer, believing that breakthroughs, revival, and fruitfulness flow from intimacy with Jesus.
Outreaches
“Go out and serve with us in other countries.”
We organize teams to go beyond Krakow, bringing the love of Jesus to cities and countries around the world. Through these outreaches, participants engage in practical and spiritual ministry, partner with local churches, and grow in understanding of God’s family and His heart for the nations while making a meaningful impact in the communities they serve.

Who we are?
We are a Christian missions base in Krakow and a part of the international missions organization Iris Global, founded by Heidi and Rolland Baker.
The beginnings of our base in Krakow, Poland, were rooted in visions and dreams received by people involved in Iris Global.
Many years ago, Pastor Surpresa Sithole received a word from the Lord to pray daily for Poland — a distant country in Europe. He faithfully obeyed for about two years, not knowing the reasons, but expecting God to move in that place.
Some years later, a group of missionaries and pastors from Poland traveled to South Africa and stayed in the home of missionary Siyabonga Mofele. During that time, the Lord placed a strong impression on Siyabonga’s heart to go to Poland and preach the gospel to the Polish nation.
Meanwhile, in Poland, a small group of believers was gathering weekly in homes to pray for revival. Among them was Dominika Wrona (now Mofele), who later went to Mozambique to attend the Iris Harvest School of Missions, where she met her future husband, Siyabonga.
After getting married in 2018, they settled in Krakow, Poland, and began praying for whatever the Lord had in store for them. They joined a small group of 4–6 praying women to seek the Lord and His presence together.
After two years of prayer and fasting, the group began to grow, and the Lord started bringing missionaries from other European countries to sow into this emerging ministry in Poland. In 2022, it officially became an Iris Global base in Krakow.
What do we do?
We preach the gospel to the poor. We follow in Jesus’ footsteps, seeking the lost and needy with eternal hope, because we believe that just like it was Jesus’ mission, it is our primary task here on Earth. We are ambassadors of heaven in place of Jesus. We comfort the broken hearted, we cloth the naked, we feed the hungry, we heal the sick. We believe in a holistic gospel where love looks like something.
We disciple the hungry. We model a missional lifestyle that seeks first the Kingdom of God and values intimacy with the Lord. We organise worship events, prayer events, discipleship events, outreaches, provide inner healing counseling, missions training.
We encourage and support the missionary movement in Europe. Our vision is to empower, encourage and support missional calling of believers in Europe. Our goal is to operate like a mission hub where mature believers are discipled, trained and commissioned into the personal ministry the Lord is giving them in the cultural context of Poland and Europe.
Iris Global Core Values
GOD CAN BE FOUND
We understand that we can find God, and can experience intimacy, communication and companionship with Him in His Presence, if we share His love for righteousness.
WE DEPEND ON MIRACLES
We are totally dependent on Him for everything, and we need and expect miracles of all kinds to sustain us and confirm the Gospel in our ministry.
WE REACH OUT TO THE POOR
We look for revival among the broken, humble and lowly, and start at the bottom with ministry to the poor. God chooses the weak and despised things of the world to shame the proud, demonstrating His own strength and wisdom. Our direction is lower still…
WE GIVE UP OUR COMFORT
We understand the value of suffering in the Christian life. Learning to love requires willingness to suffer for the sake of righteousness. Discipline and testing make saints out of us, and produce in us the holiness without which we will not see His face and share His glory. With Paul we rejoice in our weaknesses, for when we are weak we are strong. Under great pressure we learn to rely on God, who raises the dead (2 Cor. 1:9).
JOY IS NOT OPTIONAL
The joy of the Lord is not optional, and it far outweighs our suffering! In Jesus it becomes our motivation, reward and spiritual weapon. In His Presence is fullness of joy, and with Paul we testify that in all our troubles our joy knows no bounds (2 Cor. 7:4). It is our strength and energy, without which we die.
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind”. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.
